Stuff you want to eat on a Tuesday night. Every recipe is tested and written by Sarah, a food scientist and nutritionist, so you know it’s gonna work (and taste great).
Answer: Absolutely. We offer three plans–Everyday Vegetarian, High Protein, and Vegan–so you can choose what fits your needs. And I specifically build these meals to include a balance of protein, fiber, healthy fats, and complex carbs. As a nutritionist, I make sure you’re not just eating veggies, you’re fueling your body.
Answer: Each plan includes 7 dinners per week. You can totally add more, skip a night (hello Friday pizza), or repurpose leftovers. These are flexible, not rigid. Real food for real life.
Answer: Oh yes. The shopping list builds itself based on your selected recipes and serving sizes, then auto-organizes by grocery store section. You can also add your own staples or send the list straight to your favorite grocery delivery service. It’s one of our members’ favorite features!
Answer: That’s kind of the whole point! These plans are 100% vegetarian, and each recipe is designed to highlight vegetables in fun, creative, and satisfying ways. Whether you’re just starting out or already a plant-based pro, you’ll find new favorites every week.
Answer: Yep! Every week includes a few quick notes to help you prep ahead, use up leftovers, or save time mid-week. You can do as much or as little prep as you want—these plans work with you, not against you.
Answer: No problem, you can swap it out in seconds. Choose from 1000+ other recipes, or even add your own custom favorites.
Answer: Absolutely. You can customize servings for each day, so whether you’re cooking for one or feeding a crowd, the plan adjusts. Dinner for two on Monday and six on Saturday? Handled.
Answer: Nope! You can cancel anytime. We offer both monthly and annual memberships (the annual one saves you 18%), but there’s zero commitment if it’s not your jam.
